FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to manufacturing procedure of corrugated structures with folded structure and can be used for manufacture of airborne vehicles, in transport engineering, construction industry. Local weakening of the workpiece rigidity is performed by simultaneous creasing of grooves and punching of holes of small diametre in all zigzag-shaped lines of protrusions and cavities, and in sections of saw-tooth curves there only performed are groove creasings. Then shaping of zigzag-shaped structure is performed as per the shape of cells. Device used for implementing the method includes container for rolls, structure forming mechanism, mechanism for reducing workpiece rigidity, which is installed before structure forming mechanism and made in the form of three pairs of conjugated shafts which serve for forming grooves or sections of grooves in saw-tooth curves and grooves with perforation in zigzag-shaped lines.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities of equipment, as well as nomenclature of processed sheet materials.
