FIELD: chemical industry; processing of thermoplastic materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an extruder for processing thermoplastic materials, which may be used for production of thermoplastic materials in the industries using extrusion. The extruder contains a body, a cylinder-conic drift, a molding head, a hollow fixing screw for fastening the drift. The hollow fixing screw contains a tube for supply of a stuffing and a set on it dispenser with channels. The dispenser is contacting the butt surface of the screw. According to the first alternative the drift is supplied with a distributive system of channels in the cylindrical and conical parts, a diameter of which is decreasing along a course of traffic of the product. On the surface of the conical part there are alternating grooves and projections of the arched form. In projections there are discharge outlets of the channels linking the internal part of the drift with its outer surface. According to the second alternative the distribution system of channels is located only in the cylindrical part of the drift. The positive allowance between the drift and the body in the conical parts of the drift is constant and in its cylindrical part it has a bigger value. According to the third alternative the drift is supplied with a shallow screw threading on its outer cylindrical surface, which may be both right-hand and left-side threading. According to the fourth alternative the cylindrical part of the drift is made in the form of a polyhedron with an eccentricity. The invention ensures expansion of a range of application and technological capabilities of the extruder, decrease of costs of its operation, expansion of assortment of produced goods.
