FIELD: processing of thermoplastic materials, applicable in the branches of industry using extrusion. SUBSTANCE: moulding device has an extruder working chamber and an extrusion head consisting of a die with channels, core and a disk with holes. The disk is installed for turning. A cone-shaped deflector engageable with the core is installed in the predie zone of the extruder working chamber on guides. The deflector interior has a saddle shape with a cone and two holes. The core consists of a disk and a cylindrical shaft with bulges. The disk has two oval holes and stops on the side surface. A configurated hole is made in the center of the die, which receives the core cylindrical shaft. The shaft bulges form oval moulding channels in the die hole. Installed in the diametrical annular slot of the die are springs with one side engageable with the core disk stops, and with the other - with thrust washers. The washers are installed in symmetrically located slots of the die and working chamber so that the core could rotate in the die with formation of a different flow area of the oval moulding channels. EFFECT: stabilized pressure in the predie zone of the extruder at variation of the process parameters in the course extrusion of various feedstock. 8 dwg
