Invention provides preparing new compounds and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof in aims for treatment of such diseases as fibrosis, prostate benign hyperplasia, atherosclerosis, restenosis, breast cancer, large intestine cancer, pancreas cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, ovary cancer, epidermis cancer and hemopoietic organs cancer.
