FIELD: non-iron metallurgy, in particular manufacturing method of noble metal-based concentrates from anode slurry of nickel electrorefining process.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes two-step sulfatation by using sulfur acid. The first step is carried out at 150-200⁰C with further aqueous leaching to produce a cake; on the second stage cake is treated at specific temperature to provide concentration in cake platinum and gold and reduce to solution metals being satellite of platinum and gold during further leaching. Cake is separated from solution, palladium is reduced from second-step solution by deposition with reducing agent, and further metals being satellite of platinum and gold are reduced. The second step is carried out 1,5-3 h at 240-300⁰C with further cake repulping in aqueous sulfur acid in concentration of 180-250 g/dm³. Low-molecular organic compounds or soluble inorganic reducing agent with normal redox potential in sulfur acid media of 0.6-0.85 V in relation to hydrogen electrode are used as reducing agent for palladium deposition.

EFFECT: producing of selective concentrates with reduced evaporation of sulfur acid.
