FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of solutions of hydrochlorination of platinum metal concentrates from impurities of gold, selenium, tellurium, non-ferrous metals, iron, and other impurities for their use in a refining technology. Gold is deposited at a temperature of 60-90°C, when using a reducing agent, which is dosed until stabilization of a value of a redox potential (RP) of the system at a level of 450-600 MV relatively to a chlor-silver electrode. Pulp is kept for 0.5-2 h, then is centrifuged to obtain a gold concentrate containing selenium and a platinum-palladium solution containing trace gold concentrations, as well as selenium, tellurium, and base metals. The gold concentrate is leached in an alkaline solution in the presence of an oxidizer at a temperature of 70-150°C for 2-25 h. A selenium-containing alkaline solution is obtained, which is directed to recycling to obtain raw selenium, and an enriched gold concentrate is obtained, which is recycled to obtain refined gold. The platinum-palladium solution is evaporated at a temperature of no more than 110°C, filtered, and cooled to a room temperature, after which it is processed with a neutralizing solution to pH of 5-6, and after neutralization, the solution is filtered and supplied for refining of platinum and palladium.
EFFECT: method allows for an increase in direct extraction of noble metals into target products, while increasing production performance.
