FIELD: power engineering; chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gasification of solid fuel on basis of peat, coal fines and sawdust in gas generators. Proposed complex is made in form of power-generating unit including unit of equipment for preparation and delivery of fuel, air and water, at least one set for dividing fuel into gaseous and solid fractions and at least one gas generator. Fuel preparation and delivery unit is made in form of line for briquette making from peat, coal fines and sawdust. Said briquette making line includes unit to prepare mixture for briquette, said unit being combined with process of briquetting and provided with system to prepare raw material mixture consisting of peat, coal fines or sawdust. Separate system of preparation is provided for each type of raw material including devices for delivery, grinding, processing and metering. Unit includes, in addition to raw material preparation system, mixer for mixing prepared raw material components, water feed pump, press-extruder and drier. Line is connected technologically with gasification process. Set for dividing fuel into gaseous and solid fractions contains gas generator plant for gasification of fuel briquettes. For gasification of fuel briquettes said complex contains gas generator plant consisting of gas generator and oxidizing chamber. Gas generator consists of hopper-feeder, blowing box rigidly mounted on frame secured on posts. Ash collector is installed from bottom of blowing box. Ash collector consists of housing, sprinkling system and ash discharge screw. Generator gas from gas generator is let out along gas duct and is directed into gas nozzle of oxidizing chamber. Heat carrier is directed along gas duct to water-heating boilers or heat exchanger.

EFFECT: production of heat carrier from nonconventional fuels to supply existing and operating water-heating boilers and heat exchangers of summary power output up to 1 Gcal.
