FIELD: production of carbonized briquettes.
SUBSTANCE: technological line for the production of carbonized briquettes based on coal is proposed, containing a dryer of raw materials connected by a continuous supply of coal to a grinding device, a briquetting device, a reactor in the form of a metal container, the upper part of which is designed to load briquettes and remove gases by a pipeline connected to a gas purification device, a cooled gas pipeline to the lower part of the reactor, a bunker of carbonized briquettes, characterized in that it contains a bunker of coal, which is connected to a dryer by a continuous coal supply device, and a grinding device is connected to a mixer by another continuous coal supply device, the biomass bunker is connected to a mill through a dispenser, which is connected with a mixer by means of a continuous supply of biomass, the output of which is connected by means of a continuous supply of a mixture with a mechanic activator and a briquetting device located in series, the output of which is connected to a receiving bunker of a briquette dryer by means of a continuous transport of briquettes, the output of which is connected to a receiving bunker by means of a lifting conveyor, located in the upper part of the heat-insulated reactor and separated from it by the first valve, while the middle part of the reactor contains coolant inlet pipes equidistant from each other, the lower part of the reactor contains cooled gas supply pipes equidistant from each other, the bottom of the reactor through the second valve is connected to the receiving bunker of carbonized briquettes, which is connected by a transportation device to a packing device, and a gas purification device is connected to a collector, the first fitting of which is connected by a pipeline through the burner device to the furnace combustion chamber, the second collector fitting is connected by a pipeline through a heat exchanger located in the furnace combustion chamber, reactor, the third fitting of the collector is connected by a cooled gas pipeline to the cooled gas supply pipes in the lower part of the reactor, the fourth fitting of the collector is connected to the gas line for the production's own needs. In the second version of the technological line for the production of carbonized briquettes based on coal, the coal hopper is connected by a continuous coal supply device to a grinding device, the output of which is connected to a mixer by another continuous coal supply device.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of coal processing into carbonized briquettes and reduced ash content of carbonized briquettes.
