FIELD: heating equipment for individual and collective bath houses.
SUBSTANCE: oven has combustion box, chamber containing heat-accumulating charge and arranged at combustion box side walls and in gas conduit, water heater equipped with inclined straight pipe, whose one end is introduced into tank side wall and other end is inserted into combustion space through orifice in combustion box wall. Oven is made in the form of three-dimensional metal construction mounted on supports. Combustion box axially mounted in lower part of said construction is made narrowing along the entire length thereof and divided into two parts by horizontal partition wall with profiled openings. Elongated heads of gas burner injector-type apparatus are mounted above profiled openings. Combustion box is defined from the top by dome. Gaseous combustion product discharge window is defined between dome and oven rear wall. Water heater is made in the form of vessel defined at the bottom with said dome, at sides with oven front and side walls, at the rear with vertical wall and at the top with horizontal partitions. Cavity defined between horizontal partition of water heater and oven top wall is equipped with window cut in vertical partition. Branch pipe is positioned in diagonally opposed relation to said window on oven upper wall and adapted for discharge of gaseous fuel combustion products into gas conduit embedded into bath house wall masonry. Heat-accumulating charge chamber is mounted so that hollow cavity is defined between its side walls, oven walls and vertical partition of water heater. At least two horizontal partitions are positioned in said cavity along perimeter of said chamber. Number of partitions and sizes of windows are selected so as to provide for low pressure (3-30 Pa) in gas conduit. Cold water and heated water branch pipes, combustion space draft regulator and gas burner apparatus with safety automatic equipment are mounted on oven.
EFFECT: increased intensity of heat-exchanging process between combustion products and heat-withdrawal surfaces of oven owing to increased area of convective heat-exchanging surfaces, intensive turbulization of said products, reduced weight and dimensions, improved safety and convenient maintenance of oven.
