FIELD: applicable for heating of heat-transfer agent and can be used for heating of residential and production rooms.
SUBSTANCE: the boiler has a body in the form of a jacket with heat-transfer medium framing the combustion chamber and a gas conduit space. The boiler is made in the form of a parallelepiped, hollow heat-exchange components are vertically installed in its interior, they are made with extrusions on one side that form a labyrinth for passage of combustion products between the heat-exchange component and the inner side wall of the framing jacket and between the heat-exchange components, and their end sides communicate with the jacket cavity on the rear side of the boiler. A duct is made in the framing jacket, it is divided by a horizontal partition connected to a horizontal L-shaped flange installed between the inner wall of the framing jacket and the heat-exchange component over its entire length, and the lower end of the vertical flange is positioned below the level of the fire ducts of the gas burner device. The duct horizontal partition and the L-shaped section form two cavities in the duct: the upper cavity is connected to the gas conduit field and serves for discharge of the gaseous combustion products into the atmosphere, and the lower cavity - for passage of the air taken from the atmosphere and supply of it to the burner. A detachable sealed pan with the systems of firing of the ignition burner and combustion of gaseous fuel built in it is installed in the bottom part of the boiler. A sealed glass-plated peephole and a mirror-optical system, where the ignition burner is positioned, is made on the boiler lateral side, and branch pipes for supply and discharge of the gas-transfer medium are installed on the opposite lateral side, a cover with a heat reflector is installed from above.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and intensity of heat exchange in the boiler, improved ecological conditions in the heated room and reduced level of noise.
