FIELD: thermal engineering; various fields of national economy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heat-transfer apparatus has housing with inlet and outlet pipes for heating working medium that accommodates heat-transfer components, inlet and outlet pipes for heated working medium communicating with heat-transfer components, and means for scale self-removal from each heat-transfer component; the latter are made in the form of parallel straight tubes joined together by scale self-removal means made in the form of adapters tangentially disposed relative to axis of adjacent tube; heating medium inlet pipe of housing is disposed tangentially to housing axis. In addition straight tubes are arranged in single line or in several lines, one line on top of other.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of scale self-removal from heat-transfer components without using heat-responsive materials.
