The essence of the method: determining the content of oxytocin in the blood plasma taken from the ulnar vein on an empty stomach on day 2-10 of the menstrual cycle, and when the content of oxytocin in the blood plasma is 36.1 pg/ml and higher, external genital endometriosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: expands the arsenal of non-invasive EGE diagnostics, it is specific, has a high accuracy of 78.9%, allows diagnosing EGE at an early stage, can be widely used in clinical practice.
