FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes using radiolocation probing by impulses of magnetic field. Emitting and receiving devices include magnetic dipoles. Thus, in addition to possible difference between kimberlite pipes from overlapping and enveloping rocks and irregularities of construction of pipes themselves on basis of electrical properties, difference of kimberlite pipes from said rocks only on basis of magnetic penetrability is used. This difference is amplified by concurrent magnetizing of analyzed massive by strong magnetic field until saturated magnetization of ferromagnetic minerals within it. Supposed kimberlite pipes are singled out on basis of increase in amplitude.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
