SUBSTANCE: proposed method for evaluating residual capacity of lead battery at any moment of its discharge, rate of voltage drop and its value across battery in the course of discharge involves pre-evaluation of generalized dimensionless dependence of relative voltage across battery of similar type on relative time of discharge by taking at least three battery voltage measurements at same current and calculation of time remaining till end of discharge and residual battery capacity by present moment of time.
