FIELD: measurement technology; measuring and monitoring basic quality characteristics of electrical energy.
SUBSTANCE: voltage fluctuations are measured and presented in the form of analog curves of electrical energy basic characteristics. RMS value of current and voltage are determined for half-cycle of variations of these quantities at frequency of fundamental harmonic component and used to acquire information about quantitative estimate of peak-to-peak values of current and voltage fluctuations, as well as to determine amplitude-frequency response of human visual analyzer of current and voltage flicker dose. Relevant correcting devices generate control signal in case electrical energy quality characteristics exceed specified values.
EFFECT: provision for automating processes of current and voltage fluctuation measurements and active control.
