FIELD: production of biologically active compositions based on thawed condensate produced by sublimation drying of protein products, may be used in pharmaceutics, cosmetics, food-processing industry etc.

SUBSTANCE: method involves freezing protein product; cooling shelves for products, sublimer chambers and desublimer chamber and condensing atmospheric moisture vapors on sublimer evaporator; charging frozen product into sublimer chamber; providing sublimation of product in sublimer chamber and simultaneously condensing moist vapors of product on desublimer evaporator; discharging dried product with following preservation or packaging of product; thawing sublimer and desublimer evaporators and obtaining thawed condensate of atmospheric moisture and biologically active aqueous composition; discharging resultant condensates. Aqueous composition possesses natural ultrafiltering capability, molecular structuring similar to that of ice and improved absorption, and has following organoleptical factor values, such as taste 0-2 points, odor 0-2 points, color index 0 gradation, cloudiness 0 mg/l. Apparatus has sublimer with atmospheric moisture condensing evaporator connected via vacuum pipeline with desublimer provided with evaporator for condensing of biologically active aqueous composition, refrigerating unit connected to evaporators, vacuumizing unit connected to vacuum pipeline, and devices isolated from one another and adapted for discharge of thawed condensates of aqueous composition and atmospheric moisture. Said evaporators are connected with one another so as to provide for alternate operation of first and both evaporators.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of process and equipment for sublimation of protein products, improved quality of aqueous composition free from contaminants, atmospheric moisture and undesired particles.
