FIELD: medicine, endocrinology, anesthesiology, reanimatology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying saline, saline-free and colloidal solutions and their ratio is taken depending on patient severity state estimated by SAPS scale. At the 1-st severity degree (10-14 scores) this ratio = 4:1:1; at the 2-d severity degree (15-19 scores) this ratio = 5:1:2; at the 3-d severity degree (20-24 scores) this ratio = 3:1:2; at the 4-th severity degree (25-29 scores) this ratio = 3.5:1:1, and their intra-group ratios are the following: at the 1-st severity degree - (3:0.25:0.75):1:(0.85:0.15); at the 2-d severity degree - (3.3:0.45:1.25):1:(1.6-0.4); at the 3-d severity degree - (1.7:0.3:1.0):1:(1.4:0.6), and at the 4-th severity degree - (2.45:0.2:0.85):1:(0.65:0.35), respectively. Invention promotes to recovery of homeostasis, correction of water-saline balance, acid-alkaline equilibrium, urine glucose and acetone levels, blood osmomolarity that, in turn, promotes to the consciousness recovery for shorter times. Invention can be used as infusion therapy in ketoacidogenic coma in patients with diabetes mellitus.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of therapy.
