SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and concerns determination of type I diabetes compensation for adolescents. To do this, continuous monitoring of glucose and calculation of the average area under the glycemic curve in the hyper- and hypoglycemic range (AUC) during observation are performed. AUC values less than 1.18 mmol/l*h are regarded as compensation/subcompensation of T1D. At AUC level of 1.18 mmol/l*h and above T1D decompensation is diagnosed.

EFFECT: high accuracy evaluation of type 1 diabetes compensation for adolescents.
