SUBSTANCE: invention provides the supplemental thermostating of the concentrate flow of the heavy target components, the flow of the low-boiling target component fraction, the flow of the high-boiling target component fraction before supplying to the corresponding columns; the irradiation of the said flows with the ionising radiation and following production of the light elements' isotopes and heavy nuclides; flow purification in the supplemental purifying units; concentrating the heavy nuclides with rectification in the high-boiling impurities flow and extracting the light elements' isotopes and heavy nuclides by rectification the low-boiling target component from the output gas flow of the producing column; the output gas flow of the producing column of the high-boiling component and the low-boiling impurities flow.
EFFECT: purity and safety of produced target components are improved; efficiency is increased.
