SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for use in agroindustrial complex, chemical industry, production of building materials and other branches of economy. The aggregate for mixing of loose materials contains batchers and a mixer. The mixer is composed of a body with a branch-pipe for the material discharge and a located in the body shaft with curvilinear blades fixed on it. The blades have windows and are equipped with deflecting elements located in the upper part of each blade. Above the body of the mixer there are two barrels with parallel shafts, the surface of one of the barrels, which is supplied with a rotary drive, is equipped with radial elastic elements. At that between the barrels and the body there is a guiding tool made in the form of a funnel. Such aggregate is simple in design, has high productivity and good quality of mixing and availability of the rotating deflecting element prevents sticking of the material.
