FIELD: sorbents.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of sorbents in museum showcases, containers, bags, and cabinets of library and museum fund storehouses, Sorption material is composed of two fibrous material layers with uniformly arranged between them sorbent particles up to 6 mm in size. Fibrous layers are made from synthetic fibers or mixtures thereof with natural fibers in amounts up to 20% at linear fiber density 0.17-0.4 tex, surface density of upper layer being 80-100 g/m2 and that of lower layer 120-300 g/m2. The layers are joined by needle-punching technique. Sorbent is silica gel with pore size 10 to 100 or zeolite with pore size 3 to 10 , or mixture of the both at their ratio 1:(2-6), respectively.
EFFECT: enabled use of sorbent in any form adapted for each particular application.
