FIELD: composite material for electromagnetic protection.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes mixing of conductive filler, containing carbon modified by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, and polymer binder in mass ratio of 1-30:70-90, respectively. Mixture is additionally thermoextended at thermal-shock condition at 250-3100C, followed by molding. Polymer binder is selected from group containing polyolefin, polystyrene, fluoroplastic, PVC plastisol and organosilicon rubber. Claimed material with thickness of 4-8 mm has reduced reflection index (-2 -16 dB) at wavelength of 0.8-25 cm and is useful for electronics, radiotechnology, anechoic box, etc.
EFFECT: protective composite of improved quality.
