FIELD: fat-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages removing phospholipids, free fatty oils, coloring substances, waxes, and odorous substances with the aid of a reagent. Vegetable oil utilized is a 1:1:1:1:1 mixture of sunflower, linseed, colza, and corn oils, and reagent i multipurpose blended reagent composed of urea-formaldehyde resin, naturally occurring bauxite-aluminosilicate adsorbent, nitrilomethylenephosphonic acid, and oxyethylenecellulose used in proportions 30, 30, 30, and 10%, respectively. Oil material and reagent are stirred together at 20 to 50оС.
EFFECT: improved quality of refined oil, increased yield, and reduced cost price.
