FIELD: food industry, butter and fats industry.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested food emulsion fatty product contains the mixture of vegetable oils, egg powder, dry skimmed milk, granulated sugar, salt, food soda, biologically active substances and water. Moreover, as the mixture of vegetable oils one should apply the mixture of refined deodorized sunflower, soybean and linseed oils at 50:30:20% ratio, correspondingly. As biologically active substances it contains the extract of gourd and nettle and, additionally, citric acid, Na-carboxymethyl cellulose, 30%-butyric suspension of beta-carotene, tocopherol, soybean isoflavonoids and glycerol ether of lactic and fatty acids. The innovation enables to widen the assortment of butter and oil emulsions, increase organoleptic and biological properties of the product.
