Abstract RU 2242752 C1

FIELD: gas moisture content measuring equipment, in particular, sensors for measuring of air moisture content.

SUBSTANCE: moisture sensor has substrate with electrodes applied thereto and moisture-sensitive film. Substrate is made in the form of cylinder. Current-conductive tape-type electrodes are made in the form of spiral applied on side surface of cylinder and connected to current-conductive contacts arranged on cylinder end surface. Moisture-sensitive film is produced from xerogel of H2-x(NH4)xV9Mo3O31·nH2O) formulation applied in even layer onto cylinder side surface, on spiral coils as well as into coil spaces. Moisture sensor of such construction may be used in aerological investigations of near-ground atmosphere layers, in rooms of industrial and agricultural enterprises as well as in home.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and stabilized operation of moisture sensor.
