FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should carry out blood sampling before and after the course of curative procedure to detect the content of glycosaminoglycanes in blood serum. In case of initial value of analyzed parameter being above 0.086 g/l at its decrease below this value after therapy and, in case of initial value of this parameter being below 0.038 g/l at its increase after therapy being above this value one should consider the carried out curative measures to be efficient. The method enables to simplify the procedure of testing, increases objectivity and diagnostic value in concluding upon either efficiency or insufficient efficiency of curative measures concerning patients suffering chronic disease of motor system.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
