FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with immobilizing an agent interacting with TSP70 at the surface of 96-cell plot for immunoenzymatic assay, washing out the cells with buffer, introducing tested sample or standard into cells followed by incubation, washing out the cells, introducing polyclonal rabbit's antibodies to TSP70 into cells and incubation, washing out the cells, introducing antibodies interacting with rabbit's antibodies conjugated with enzyme and incubation, washing out the cells, introducing substrate of enzyme and chromogen into cells, incubation, spectrophotometric evaluation of developed coloring and its comparing with calibration data. As immobilized agent interacting with TSP70 on e should apply ATP derivative being covalently bound with egg albumen. One should add ATP sodium salt to the samples and standards up to 10 mM, and, also, buffer should be supplemented with magnesium ions up to final concentration being 10 mM at all the stages.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity and accuracy of detection.
