FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical microbiology, namely to methods for detecting and identifying a pseudotuberculosis microbe. Disclosed is a method for immunoenzymometric detection of a pathogen agent of pseudotuberculosis I serotype, involving sensibilisation of microplate wells with rabbit polyclonal antibodies against Y. pseudotuberculosis, blocking with bovine serum albumin, sequential administration of the analysed sample, specific mouse monoclonal antibodies against Y. pseudotuberculosis, a conjugate of antimony antibodies with horseradish peroxidase, substrate of O-phenylenediamine and further measurement of optical density at wave length 492 nm, where the positive result for the analysed samples is such, when the optical density in the experimental wells exceeds that in the wells with negative control by not less than 0.15 units. Antibodies for sensitization of the wells of the plate are immunoglobulins from polyclonal antiserum to formaldehyde-inactivated Y pseudotuberculosis I serotype cells grown at temperature of 10 °C, and specific monoclonal antibodies against Y. pseudotuberculosis are monoclonal antibodies to O-side chains of lipopolysaccharide Y. pseudotuberculosis I serotype.
EFFECT: invention provides high sensitivity and specificity of detecting the serotype I pseudotuberculosis microbe.
