FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has sharp working end, its tip is on the needle longitudinal axis and has central canal and lateral holes having rounded edges. Needle tip is shaped as exponent of revolution about the longitudinal axis conjugated with cylindrical body. The holes are arranged in pairs in two rows at an angle of 45° to longitudinal needle axis and are shifted in rows by 90° relative to each other. The holes are arranged in front of each other. Total cross-section area of the holes is equal to needle canal cross-section.
EFFECT: reduced degree of skin injuries; excluded thrombus formation in needle canal; dosed injected drug distribution in muscle tissue.
