Abstract RU 2786333 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more specifically to surgical instruments, in particular to devices for drug injection and drainage, used to administer a drug into an abdominal abscess, as well as to remove fluid. A medical drainage needle for the introduction of a drug into an abdominal abscess consists of a tube and an inner part - a needle or insert; in this case, the tube consists of: a cylindrical tube tube with a length of at least 175 mm, an internal diameter of at least 4.5 mm, made with four opposite pairs of perforation holes with a diameter of 0.5 mm, located along the height of the tube tube at a distance of 15 mm from each other , and the axis of each next pair of perforation holes is rotated by 90° relative to the previous one, the handle of the tube, made in the upper part of the tube of the tube, while the handle of the tube is made with a risk located on the same line with the holes of the perforation of the tube, the holder, made on the handle of the tube perpendicular to the tube tube; while the needle consists of: a needle shaft with a length of at least 186 mm, a diameter of at least 4.47 mm, a pyramidal tip, made in the lower part of the needle, a needle handle, made in the upper part of the needle; the liner consists of: a cylindrical liner tube with a length of at least 185 mm, an inner diameter of at least 4.47 mm, made with four opposite pairs of perforation holes with a diameter of 0.5 mm, located at a height of 15 mm from each other, and the axis of each the next pair of perforation holes is rotated 90° relative to the previous one, the liner handle with a risk made in its upper part, while the risk is located on the same line with the perforation holes of the liner, the bottom of the liner, made either solid or with a perforation hole; at the same time, the elements of the medical drainage needle are interconnected as follows: first, the needle is inserted into the tube, then the liner, while the risks on the handles of the tube and the liner are aligned in order to align the perforation holes of the tube and the liner with the possibility of injecting a drug or conducting drainage.

EFFECT: use of the claimed invention allows to evenly administer drugs and/or drain the abdominal cavity
