FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to implant needles for introducing the implant into a patient's body. An implantation needle comprises: a receiving portion formed in a hollow needle body with an implant therein, and a pointed end portion having: a first bevelled surface bordering the first outer peripheral surface of the hollow needle body, the first bevelled surface being in form of a first non-cutting edge; a second beveled surface adjoining a second outer peripheral surface of the hollow needle body, the second bevelled surface being a second non-cutting edge; and a pair of sharpened surfaces which are symmetrical about the needle and the longitudinal axis of the hollow needle body, wherein both sharpened surfaces are provided with a cutting edge, wherein the first chamfer surface includes a first side, and second skewed surface includes second side, wherein first side is made, starting at first distance from tip, and second side is made, starting at second distance from tip, different from first, note here that both ground surfaces are made in the form of uncut surface in flat end part adjoining tip.
EFFECT: implant needle is proposed.
