FIELD: packing facilities.
SUBSTANCE: counterrail with at least one pressure lining designed for use in thermal welding of laminated packing material consisting of inner and outer layers made of thermoweldable plastic is used at packing of liquid or fluid-flow products. Counterrail and pressure lining are made, each, of plastic material. proposed thermowelding device for laminated packing material has thermowelding clamp and counterclamp pointed to each other and installed for pushing and pulling for sealing the packing material. Each counterclamp contains at least one counterrail and at least one pressure lining arranged along each counterrail. Sealing/cutting device has counterclamp and thermowelding clamp pointed to each other which can by pushed and pulled for sealing and cutting of opposite sections of packing material. Said device contains pair of counterrails in said counterclamp, cutter located in clearance between counterrails for moving forward and backward to cut packing material on opposite sections at pushed out position. Pressure linings arranged along corresponding counterrails and pair of heating elements are located in said thermowelding clamp for clamping and sealing opposite sections of said packing material in contact with pressure linings, and they form groove in between for end of cutter when cutter is pushed out, in which each counterrail and pressure lining are made of plastic material. Liquid or fluid-flow product packing machine has device for forming packs from laminated packing material, device for filling packs with product and device for sealing the packs provided with sealing arrangement. Proposed device provides making of counterrail with pressure lining which can be quickly replaced, thus cutting down idle time and facilitates replacement of lining and provides faultless replacement. Invention makes it possible to make counterrail and counterrail with pressure lining which is easy to make with no problem in replacement, and create thermowelding device with counterrail and pressure lining and packing machine including such sealing device.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, improved reliability.
