FIELD: organic chemistry, polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing macrocross-linked anionite - cross-linked polymer with anion-exchange groups that can be used in chemical, food and microbiological industry for purification of solutions of biologically active substances. Method for preparing anionite involves interaction of nitrogen-containing vinyl acrylate monomer - N-dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate with ethylene glycol methacrylate in the molar ratio = 1:(0.5-1). Ethylene glycol methacrylate is used as a cross-linking agent. The concentration of the parent components in reaction mixture is 30-47%. Copolymerization is carried out in an aqueous dimethylformamide medium with the concentration 85-95%. Invention provides preparing anionite with high selectivity and capacity with respect to bulky organic ions and with enhanced mechanical strength.
