FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of additives used in production of process lubricants efficient in cold working and suitable for preserving lube oils. Additive potassium comprises reaction of (i) mixture of C20-C30-α-olefins with vegetable fats at weight ratio (10-74):(13-54) with (ii) sulfur at 130-150оС in presence of 0.9-7.5% catalyst to give sulfurized product, said catalyst being dialkyl dithiophosphate zinc salt expressed by formula
wherein is isobutyl and R' isooctyl. Sulfurized product is then treated at 100-130оС with fatty amine fraction C10-C20 in amount 3-13%.
EFFECT: omitted necessity in subsequent processing and recovery of catalyst, and increased anticorrosion activity of additive in unfriendly aqueous media.
