FIELD: reprocessing of sulfide copper ores in blast furnace.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for reprocessing of sulfide copper ores, concentrates and other copper containing materials to produce copper matte. Method includes charging of batch, comprising copper containing raw material and coke containing fuel into blast furnace and subsequent oxidative batch melting. Fuel additionally contains anthracite at ratio (mass %) cake/anthracite of (50-95):(50-5), respectively; anthracite has ash content at most 15 %; heat resistance at least 70 % and fineness at least 20 mm.
EFFECT: copper matte of high quality; inexpensive method for production thereof; widening of fuel sources.
