FIELD: reprocessing of uranium ores.
SUBSTANCE: uranium is recovered from ores by subsequent steps of grinding, ore breakage, leaching of ore slurry with sulfuric acid; sorptive uranium recovery with anionite; uranium desorption from saturated anionite with sulfuric and nitric acid solutions; and extractive repurifying of stripping commercial grades with organic mixture. After uranium desorption anionite is treated with sulfuric and nitric acid extraction raffinates followed by anionite washing from excessive acidity with water. Washed anionite is recycled to uranium sorption, and cleaning solution is recycled to manufacturing of desorbent solution.
EFFECT: reduced residual uranium capacity of anionite; decreased uranium loss with liquid phase of waste slurry.
