FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has body, in which, forming a locked ring hollow by coupling nut, a flange is fixed, moveable in radial direction. In the flange a spherical support is placed with upper and lower packing gland elements of rod, as well as compacting element of spherical support. Compacting elements of rod, spherical support and its compacting element are placed symmetrically to plane of contact of coupling nut to flange,. Flange consist of two portions, forming a peripheral surface in radial direction. Locked hollow between flange, body and coupling nut is filled with oil under pressure greater than atmospheric.
