FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes housing consisting of upper and lower part. Inside the housing there is an adapter at the ends of which at the internal surface there are spherical bores that contact the upper and lower spherical supports. Inside the upper spherical support there is a bore, in which there is gland packing that is pressed against polished rod via bottom box. The bottom box has annular chamber that is hydraulically connected to the channel with discharge connection pipe. Annular chamber is filled with grease and there inserted is a separating bowl with sealing element and packing nut.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of self-installation of sealing element relatively the polished rod, grease of frictioning surfaces, refilling of lubricating fluid in the course of operation, and the possibility to replace worn gland sealing element without well killing.
