FIELD: animal farming, in particular, method for shoeing of horses and simultaneously strengthening of hoofs.
SUBSTANCE: method involves trimming hoof and adjusting horseshoe to shape of hoof; during adjustment of horseshoe, applying hoof strengthening composition including colorant filler onto inner side of horseshoe and placing horseshoe onto hoof; pressing upon horseshoe branches and moving horseshoe over hoof sole to and fro at offset value of 1-2 mm; after removal of horseshoe, trimming colored hoof portions by means of rasp file; repeating coloring and trimming procedures until obtaining of uniformly colored surface and fixing horseshoe. Hoof strengthening composition penetrates into hoof for strengthening thereof.
EFFECT: increased strength of hoof and uniform distribution of horse body weight on hoofs.
