FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medicine and represents pharmaceutical composition for decomposition of hyaluronic acid in vivo, containing effective amount of isolated hyaluronidase protein, which has molecular weight 44±1 kDa and contains amino acid sequence, which is at least 90 % identical to sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO: 4, and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, carrier, diluent or auxiliary agent. Invention also relates to method of minimization scar development, involving local application of said pharmaceutical composition, as well as method of increasing therapeutic efficacy of drug, involving administering drug in patient together with pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand range of agents for improving penetration of simultaneously subcutaneously introduced active substance.
