SUBSTANCE: claimed fluid contains (mass %): copper 24.9-27.1 and tempers: silicium 6.0-7.0; iron 0.4-0.6; aluminum 68.7-65.3. Copper and silicium decrease fluid viscosity, increase castability and improve convective cooling. Iron in limits of its solubility in aluminum affords the ability to except dissolution of crystallizer steel bath.
EFFECT: casts of improved quality and performance.
