SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for receiving of electrodes for contact welding and microwelding, heatproof wires, heat exchangers, moulds, punches, flame walls of combustion chambers of jet engines, basis of circuit boards, heat-resistant springs, contacts. Copper alloy is molten with overheating, there are successively introduced in it alloying elements and/or alloy and ingot is casted with following cooling in the range of temperatures from 1200-1300°C up to 500°C at a rate not less than 30°C/s. Received ingots are heated up to temperature 800-1000°C and isolated at this temperature from 15 min up to 2 hours, then it is implemented hot deformation, matched with tempering or normalisation at an average rate of cooling from the deformation temperature up to 500°C not less than 30°C/s, and then it is subject to aging at temperature 400-650°C during from 5 min up to 8 hours.
EFFECT: compound of alloy of ingots is stable, received from ingots metal production is described by optimum combination of physical, mechanical and performance attributes.
