FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in preparation of fine grained concrete mix with the use of quartz aggregate with the size of the grains not exceeding 10 mm, with the gradation factor (M) being within 1.75 to 3.0 and the content of the clay and powdered particles not exceeding 3 percent by mass. Filling of the mould with the concrete mix, striking, and cure in the temperature-moist conditions providing for solidification of the concrete mix. The mould is filled with the concrete mix by laminar ramming of the concrete mix laid in the mould by layers not thicker than 200 mm. The water-cement ratio - W/C is selected depending on the gradation factor of the quartz aggregate in accordance with dependence W/C=(0.9-1.1)(0.72-0.2M), and at an action by the ramming means on the layer of the concrete mix being rammed a pressure within 1.8 to 2.9 kM/cM2 is provided.
EFFECT: manufactured concrete products with a surface resistant to abrasion.
