FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the building products and structures manufacturing from self-compacting concrete. Concrete mixture for self-compacting concrete, including the Portland cement, granite crushed stone, a mixture of the 5–10 and 10–20 mm fractions, sand, the polycarboxylate ether based superplasticizer, contains mixture of the coarse sand with the fineness modulus of 2.8–2.85 and fine sand with the fineness modulus of 1.9–2.0 with their volume ratio of 4.3:1.0 and further comprises the fine-grained copper-smelting slag with the specific surface of 7,800–8,000 cm2/ g, and as the “Alpha B” polycarboxylate ether based superplasticizer at the following component ratio, wt.%: portland cement – 12.20–16.30; said large sand – 28.6–31.40; said fine sand – 6.70–7.30; said copper smelting slag – 5.50–7.30; said superplasticizer – 0.13–0.18; granite crushed stone mixture of fractions 5–2032.70–35.90; at that, in the said mixture the 5–10 mm fraction content – 15.00–17.00; 10–20 mm – 83.00–85.00; water is 7.50–8.20, at that, the water-cement ratio is 0.5–0.62. During the self-compacting concrete from said concrete mixture production process, comprising the concrete mixture preparation by the Portland cement mixing with the fine-crushed copper-smelting slag, the said sands mixture preparation, said of components and crushed stone mixtures feeding into the gravity mixer, followed by the mixing water introduction into the resulting dry mixture with the dissolved therein superplasticizer and stirring for 4 minutes, after which the ready concrete mixture is placed in molds, in which its compaction under its own weight, and hardening under normal conditions is carried out for 28 days.

EFFECT: increase in the self-compacting concrete mixture plasticity with increase in the cured concrete strength.
