FIELD: mechanical engineering; new type of motor-car engines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed motor-car engine using energy carrier in the form of isotopes of light elements instead of oil products while retaining main structure of up-to-date motor car has following parts: cylinder, piston, crank gear, timing gear, band with conical targets and coils, guide rollers, laser turn-on contact, and power supplies. Timing gear is used to ensure coordinated operation of engine parts including transmission from perpendicular gears coupled with crankshaft, rod, and worm gear that functions to position each conical target against piston center. Driving gear of set of perpendicular gears has no-teeth areas at definite intervals so that at such area driven pinion does not turn and cones carrying band stops moving. In this case laser generates radiation pulse incident on conical target which initiates plasmoid in cone vortex ejecting from this vortex and falling on target.

EFFECT: enhanced environmental friendliness of engine compared with gasoline ones.
