FIELD: equipment for feeding coils onto shaft of uncoiler.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes carriage having fixed frame and rocking frame mounted on fixed frame by cantilever fashion through joint assembly. Free end of rocking frame engages with lifting unit. The last is in the form of housing jointly secured to rocking carriage and having screw and nut inside said housing; worm reduction gear provided with drive unit and mounted on housing. Said screw has groove engaged with worm gear of reduction gear. Traverse bar is jointly secured to free end of rocking carriage and it engages with said screw.

EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities, enhanced operational reliability.
