FIELD: two-coordinate devices on base of program control linear electric motors used, possibly in precision machine tools and other high-accuracy apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: coordinate table includes base and motion unit having separate modules with mounting surfaces designed for attachment. Motion unit is in the form of lengthwise-motion module with linear electric motor, guides and carriage and crosswise-motion module with linear electric motor, guides and platform for placing working organ. Linear electric motors of modules are arranged between guides. In second variant of invention lengthwise-motion module is in the form of rectangular longitudinal frame with adjustable supports. Linear electric motor and guides are mounted on lower plane of frame. Said frame has two boundary beams and one mean beam mutually joined through cross pieces. On base of such modular constructions it is possible to create working complexes.
EFFECT: high accuracy, enhanced operational and technical parameters, lowered metal consumption and reduced cost for making working complexes on base of modules according to invention.
