FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, namely to high-precision coordinate devices on linear electric motors. Coordinate table includes modules of lateral and longitudinal movement. Each of them is made as a base with guides, carriage located on guides and carriage drive made as linear electric motor that has armature with electro-magnetic modules and inductor made in a form of magnet track from constant magnets. Each module inductor is located between guides of corresponding module and attached to the corresponding base, and armature is connected with carriage. Carriage guides are made as roller tracks oriented towards module free movement. Movement guides and rollers of roller tracks are turned at an angle to horizontal surfaces of the carriages mirror-like in relation to each other, as linear motor there used is a motor with two vertically installed magnet tracks, and armature with electro-magnetic modules is made of two rigidly bound blocks vertically installed and directed towards magnet track. Roller tracks can be mounted at an angle 135° - 175° to carriage horizontal surfaces.
EFFECT: increase of table positioning accuracy.
