FIELD: pipeline systems.
SUBSTANCE: device has transmitter with transmitting aerial, first receiving aerial with cardioid directivity diagram, and first receiver. The transmitter is set at the inlet of pipeline near the pumping station. The transmitting aerial is mounted inside the pipeline. The device is provided with the unit for control of directivity diagram, second receiving aerial with circular directivity diagram, second receiver, comparator, threshold unit, generator of sawtooth voltage, oscillator, commutator, and oscillograph. The receiver has high-frequency amplifier, mixer whose second input is connected with the corresponding output of the oscillator, intermediate-frequency amplifier, and amplitude detector, which are connected in series. The input of the high-frequency amplifier of the first receiver is connected with the output of the first receiving aerial through the unit for control of directivity diagram. The input of the high-frequency amplifier of the second receiver is connected with the output of the second receiving aerial. The output of the first receiver is connected to the comparator whose second input is connected with the output of the second receiver, threshold unit, and generator of sawtooth voltage whose output is connected with the input of oscillator, which are connected in series. The outputs of the threshold unit, first and second receivers are connected with vertical plates of the oscillograph through the commutator. The horizontal plates of the oscillograph are connected with the output of the generator of sawtooth voltage.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of detecting weak legitimate signal.
