FIELD: drying industry; food-processing, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: material is dried at two stages: at first stage, drying is effected by SHF energy at simultaneous evacuation to critical temperature of article being dried and at second stage, material is kept at vacuum till required moisture content has been attained.
EFFECT: facilitated procedure of drying.
